These steps for create new cms page.
-> To create a new content page for your Magento admin panel login.
-> select CMS > Pages
-> And Click the 'Add New Page' button in right side.
-> Page Information section open and do the following:
Enter a Page Title.
Enter a URL Key. Url Key should be all lowercase characters, with hyphens instead of spaces.
Select the Store View.
Select Status to 'Enabled'.
-> Content part:
Content Heading-> we give content heading which is show on page heading
And above we add any content.
-> Design:
we can select page design layout.
